Quiz scoring

Prioritise enquiries with editable scoring based on quiz answers, CRM fields and recorded interactions. Set up independent quiz and service-specific rules, then see a 1–10 score and an explanation on each lead. Use AI-assisted setup to propose rules from your actual quiz and ideal-enquiry brief. Review the recommendations and example scores before applying them, and adjust answer points in the quiz editor. Filter or sort leads by priority and use scores or review flags in automation conditions. Available in Settings → Lead scoring, the quiz builder and Automations.
