Meta ad previews and performance intelligence
Available now (5 October 2026): Meta Pixel/CAPI delivery, CRM milestone feedback, lead attribution diagnostics and dataset quality monitoring are shipped. Quiz campaign funnels can also show campaign clicks, spend and cost per attributed lead with authorised Ads read access and a verified mapping. This planned item adds ad-level reporting, creative previews, content-to-ad links and performance-informed scripting. See the actual ad and the business it generates together inside Broker Closer. Open a Facebook or Instagram ad, inspect its creative and understand its leads and conversions without repeatedly matching records between Meta and the CRM. Planned capabilities: • Connect authorised Meta ad accounts and sync ad-level reporting. Identify each ad by its account, campaign, ad set and ad ID, with delivery status and last refresh time. Filter by account, campaign, date and status. • Display available image, video and carousel creatives, ad copy, headline, call to action and destination, plus placement previews where supported. Link back to Meta. For dynamic creatives, distinguish the overall ad from the individual assets and variations Meta exposes. • Bring previews and results into tracking and analytics, relevant lead attribution views and Content Studio. Content marked Paid or Both can be explicitly linked to one or more ads. Navigate from a content item to its ads and from an ad back to the originating content. Marking content Paid alone does not assign ad results. • Show spend, impressions, reach, frequency, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, landing-page views, leads and cost per lead, plus available engagement and video metrics. Combine these with matched CRM leads and Pending/Settled outcomes. Keep Meta-attributed conversions distinct from Broker Closer's matched outcomes; show unavailable or unmatched data clearly. Show conversion value and ROAS only with an appropriate, defined revenue/value basis. • Compare selected ads side by side and over time, with supported placement/device breakdowns. Rank by the chosen outcome and keep dates, attribution settings, time zones and currencies consistent. Content totals must avoid duplicate counting and keep paid and organic performance separate. The next layer: performance-informed scripting Connect ads to the scripts, templates and versions that produced them. Rank an account's own scripts and the shared template library using measured leads, conversion quality and settled outcomes, with reporting periods, spend and sample sizes visible. Build a growing performance knowledge base for Broker Lab: which hooks, angles, offers and script structures work, for which audiences and goals. Use that evidence to help the AI recommend approaches, draft new ad scripts and suggest variations based on real results. Combine an account's own learnings with permissioned, aggregated patterns from the platform while keeping private account data separate. The aim is a feedback loop: create content → run an ad → measure lead outcomes → improve the next script. Creative rankings should reflect useful business results, not just views or a handful of conversions. Planned sequence: Deliver the custom analytics and attribution foundation first, then connect Meta previews, reporting and CRM outcomes. Build script/template rankings and the broader AI learning layer once the links and performance data are reliable. Coordinate with the existing Meta conversion-feedback roadmap item. Preview and metric availability must be validated against Meta's supported APIs during implementation.
