Make and receive business calls inside Broker Closer, with shared office numbers or individual team lines. Attach call activity to the right lead so the team can follow up with context. Planned scope includes provisioning and managing numbers, assigning team lines, and inbound and outbound voice calling. Connecting an existing Telnyx SMS sender is already available in Automations. This item covers the additional voice-calling and phone-management features.
